Responsibilities

• Provide creative design and production support
• Involved in a range of design activities including preparing artworks and materials methodically for presentation and deliveries, etc.
• Designing visuals for branding materials, website layout, social media feeds, online banners, packaging, billboards, pitching proposals, and other marketing materials, etc.
• Work closely with fellow designers, programmers, account servicing teams, and copywriters
• Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required

Requirements

• 1-3 years of solid experience in website/branding/advertising agency
• Strong sense of market trends, and competitor strategies, with the ability to provide visual solutions to clients
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and XD
• Knowledge of video editing would be a bonus (After Effects / Premier / Final Cut)
• Ability to work under tight schedules with a diverse range of projects
• Self-motivated, energetic and passionate
• Immediate availability would be a high-priority
• Fresh graduates are welcome (and be considered as Junior Graphic Designer)

Project Executive (Branding & Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Assisting project management in integrated marketing, website and branding
• Understand & gather project requirement from client to define work schedule, tasks and allocate resources for efficient delivery of the project
• Prepare project documentation such as schedule, checklist, UAT document etc.
• Effectively handle logistics, work progresses, result evaluation and reporting, make sure the milestones and objectives are met
• Co-ordinate with different team member to ensure on-time delivery of project
• Establish and maintain effectiveness with external communication and internal coordination
• Responsible for day-to-day project activities/meetings
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• 1 year relevant project management in PR / marketing / website industry would be preferable
• Practical experience in agency would be an advantage
• Detail-minded with strong coordination skill
• Capable in handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Presentable and posses good communication skills
• Be responsible, communicative, outgoing, self-motivated, well organized, strong problem solving and analytic skills
• Good team player who is at ease in a multi-cultural environment
• Be proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin a plus
