In recent years, competition in the eyewear retail industry in Hong Kong and neighboring regions has become increasingly fierce. Even though LensCrafters has been standing in the market for many years, it still needs to face challenges from other emerging brands. Standing out on social platforms while maintaining a consistently professional and reliable brand image is no doubt a challenge.
What We Achieved
Chicle has worked closely with the LensCrafters team since the beginning. We created various kinds of content from different angles and perspectives to draw potential clients' attention while targeting the existing audience.

In 2023, the Chicle team's primary focus is to promote the idea of "eye protection" and the brand's key service - eye exams. We wish to arouse the public's attention to the importance of eye exams and develop a good habit of regular checking.
